Mother’s Lifeline Cradle Drive April 22 – May 7, 2023
In honor of Mother’s Day, the Mother’s Lifeline Ministry will be having our annual Spring Cradle Drive in the Narthex to pro-vide much needed items for the mothers and infants we serve as well as agencies we help. Items most needed are:

Car seat-convertible “grow with you” up to 40-50 lbs.
Car seat / stroller combo, neutral color
New & gently used summer clothes: 18-24 months
2T-3T boys and girls summer clothes

Socks ad bibs for girls
Infant toys, pacifiers, burp cloths
Diapers size 3-6
Pull ups
Wipes, baby wash, sham-poo, lotion
Pack-n-play sheets

The Knights will again this year be selling See’s Candy for Mother’s Day the weekend of May 6th & 7th in the Courtyard.

Welcome to Vacation Bible School at St. Andrew! The Twelve Apostles of Jesus were ordinary men called out of their everyday lives to follow Jesus, and how we are too! Choosing to follow Jesus is an everyday choice, sometimes it was easy and sometimes it was hard, so come take a closer look at the individual Apostles and learn what it takes to be a disciple for Jesus and proclaim the Good News!

PARISH WIDE UPCOMING EVENTS

January 21,2023 we kicked off our 2023 Baby Bottle Drive
This years Drive raised over : $ 10,000.00
All proceeds from this event will help support the Aid to Women’s Centers and their Outstanding Works.
Knights of Columbus Council # 9482

The Knights of Columbus are collecting items for veterans:

• Shower Shoes

• Towels

• Wash Clothes

• Tooth Brush/Paste

• Bars of Soap

• Shampoo

• White Socks (New)

This retreat enables veterans that have struggled or are currently struggling, to focus on their well-being, and connect with other veterans. Bins will be in the Narthex through Memorial Day weekend. Thank you for your donations.

A Mass of Remembrance & Hope for Mothers of Lost Children will be hosted at St. Andrew the Apostle on Wednesday, May 10th; at 6:00pm. (There will be Coronation of/Consecration to the Blessed Virgin before Mass, with a Rosary Procession following Mass)

“Children are a gift from the Lord.” Grow Haiti’s Children is a nonprofit organization that supports 80 children in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Orphanage in Jeremie, Haiti.

Grow Haiti’s Children will be in the Courtyard May 13th & 14th at all Masses. We appreciate financial and Spiritual Support.
